At DaJobs Outplacement, we believe that before reintegrating laid-off individuals into the workforce, it’s essential to accompany them to get them back in action, to reignite their desire to move forward..

Our support process
An “outplacement coaching” program consists of 3 modules, each lasting 20 hours, over a period of maximum 1 year.
The support can be provided individually, in groups or in a mixed format.
Recovery Guarantee:
If your former employee finds a new job but loses it within three months, the outplacement support can be resumed from where it was interrupted.

- We will send you an offer for the support of your former employee(s)
- Choose the outplacement formula:
- Group program: sessions of approximately 4 hours, per group ranging from 4 to 10 people on average.
- Mixed program: combination of individual sessions and group sessions.
- Individual program: exclusively individual sessions.
- Within 15 days after the last working day, offer the DaJobs Outplacement proposal to your former employee(s) in writing.
They must respond by registered mail within one month of the dispatch date. - Send the signed offer by you and the written confirmation signed by your former employee to DaJobs Outplacement.
- Once payment is made, the outplacement can begin! The outplacement program lasts 60 hours.
