Every year, the start of summer means it’s time for theDaJobs Summer Festival !
Our 500 employees from across Belgium come together for an unforgettable evening. On the programme: a buffet, a themed party, music, entertainment, a photo booth… and, of course, dancing late into the night!
It has become THE unmissable annual event that the whole team looks forward to.
Our annual Kick-Off
Our Kick-Off is how we get the year off to a great start!
Every January, all our teams come together to look back on the highlights of the previous year, discover new projects… and enjoy a break from the everyday routine.
Good food, a few drinks and plenty of good cheer: everything we need to start the year in style.
Team building and sporting challenges
Because well-being at work also means spending time together and switching off, every team has an annual team-building budget to organise activities of their choice. An escape room, a sporting activity, a cultural outing, a barbecue, a weekend away exploring somewhere new… each team creates a programme that suits them!
DaJobs also covers entry fees for employees taking part in three iconic running events in Belgium: the Brussels 20 km, supporting a different charity each year; the Baloise Namur Marathon in Namur, supporting KickCancer; and the TREK Antwerp 10K. Whether you’re aiming for a personal best or simply hoping to cross the finish line, the shared goal is the same: enjoying a great team experience.
