Conscious of its societal role, DaJobs annually supports various projects that align with its values. Our commitment is diverse: environmental awareness through our DaJobs Green policy; diversity management, as evidenced by our DaJobs Diversity charter; guidance and coaching projects for job seekers in collaboration with the public and non-profit sectors, and so on. These commitments naturally reflect our values, of which the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) department is the spokesperson.
DaJobs is also proud to be certified by Ecovadis, the global standard for CSR assessments. This assessment covers 21 indicators divided into 4 themes: environment; human and labour rights; ethics; and a responsible purchasing policy. Of all the companies that were assessed in the 12 months prior to certification, DaJobs ranked in the top 35%. This certification is a great recognition for our ongoing CSR efforts.
We are extremely proud to emphasize that we employ more than 50,000 interim workers from 205 different nationalities each year. Indeed, diversity is a richness, both on a personal and professional level. Diversity in recruitment and work is therefore vital for us.
We deemed it important to engrave this commitment and strengthen our involvement in this area through the DaJobs Diversity Charter. This charter reflects the personal ethics of our consultants, such as selecting candidates in a non-discriminatory manner and solely based on their skills.
More concretely:

- The company strives to respect the principles of neutrality and non-discrimination in all their forms, concerning criteria such as gender, age, origin, skin color, sexual orientation, disability, religious and/or philosophical beliefs.
- DaJobs is convinced that every person has the right to equal opportunities in the job market when seeking employment and throughout their entire career, regardless of origin, characteristics, or specifics.
- All our employees have committed to respecting our diversity charter and are trained to select the best candidates solely based on the required skills for the position.
- We also ask our clients to respect these values in their dealings with our employees and temporary workers.
- Our quality guarantees: We have obtained the diversity label from the Flemish Community (2008), as well as the diversity label from the Brussels Region (2013-2018).”
Although our color is red, it doesn’t stop us from thinking green. Aware of the ecological footprint that a company with more than 80 JobCenters can have, we take measures to reduce it. Just at the headquarters, we have invested in smart thermostats, solar panels, and green energy for all our spaces.
Efforts that bear fruit because:
- In 2022, we received the CO2 Neutral label certified by Co2 Logic and Vinçotte. This is awarded to organizations that calculate, reduce, and offset their impact on the climate.
- In 2015, the Entreprise Ecodynamique label already attested to the measures implemented for internal environmental management.
