Yes. Registering with DaJobs is entirely free and does not commit you to anything.
To set up your file, we will ask for a valid ID and the information needed to put you to work. Depending on your situation or the assignment, your consultant may request additional documents.
During your assignment
When you work as a temp with DaJobs, DaJobs is your employer for the entire duration of your assignment. You work at the client company and your salary is paid by DaJobs.
We also stay by your side after your assignment starts to follow up with you and answer any questions.
Yes. You are free to accept or refuse an assignment that is offered to you. Your consultant can then continue to look with you for assignments that better match your profile and availability.
The duration varies depending on the company’s needs and the type of assignment. An assignment may last a day, several weeks or several months. The expected duration is stated in your contract.
Contract & salary
Your salary is paid by DaJobs, your employer for the entire duration of your temp assignment.
Your salary depends in particular on the position you hold and the pay conditions that apply in the company where you work. As a temp worker, you are entitled to the same salary you would receive if you were hired directly by the company for the same position.
For each assignment, DaJobs draws up an employment contract that specifies, among other things, your position, workplace, working hours, the duration of the assignment and your pay. DaJobs remains your employer during the assignment.
Yes. As a temp worker, you are entitled to leave and holiday pay according to the rules that apply to your status.
Under certain conditions, temp workers can receive an end-of-year bonus. Entitlement to this bonus depends in particular on the number of days or hours worked during the reference period.
You are entitled to an end-of-year bonus if you have worked at least 65 days with full social security (ONSS/RSZ) contributions between 1 July and 30 June of the following year. The bonus is paid by the Social Fund for Temporary Workers or by your trade union. You will receive the necessary documents by post during December.
